Owners and Managers of units---going forward the Board will require a copy of the Lease stating who will be living in the unit and whether or not a pet is allowed-reminder one pet can not exceed 50 pds at full growth or 2 pets cannot exceed 50 pds together at adulthood.  Any large dogs that are seen now have been grandfathered in prior to this new rule.  Thank you. Also, if you acquire a pet-let HOA know within 10 days or you will be fined $100.

The Complex has installed an Information Cabinet by the mailboxes to keep residents informed of complex happenings.

All owners should have received their payment coupon books in January.  If you haven't go into the New Owner/Renter tab and email accounting@apmfla.com

HOA fees is $220/month.  All owners should have received the budget and a line by line of an explanation of the budget.  If you did not, please contact the President of the HOA - his email address is located in the Board of Directors info. at the left.

COMPLEX WORK DAY


Each year we plan a day will resident can volunteer to help take care of the complex. Painting, removing vegetation, adjusting sprinkler heads, etc. from 9:00 am to Noon. Afterwards we serve free hamburgers and hot dogs, chips, and potato salad. The next work day will be announced sometime during the Spring.

Account Mangement Company


Swiss Pointe Condos has hired Advanced Property Management, owner Van Moore. They are handling our receivables and payables.

Advanced Property has set up an account to accept your HOA payments and supplied you with coupons.

Please put your coupon number on the check you send to the bank in Arizona. 

If you own more than one property, write a check for each unit and attach to the coupon.  This assures that the check gets put into the correct account.

Amended Rules & Regs of Swiss Pointe

Attention Residents of Swiss Pointe,

Rules and Regulation have been amended by a unanimous vote of the Board of Directors.

     -Pet owner violations and monetary fines

     -Pool rule violations and monetary fines regarding underage drinking, glass containers on  
       deck, jumping pool fence etc.)

     -Satellite dish are not allowed on the roofs. They can only be installed on the ground and if possible inconspicuously. 

     -Parking spots- assigned and open parking

Vehicle id and contact information will be provided to new residents and should be returned to the drop box by the front door at the clubhouse asap. Vehicles without parking stickers can be towed at the owners expense.
